法国甜点大师 Pierre Hermé 曾经说过这句话「鹹食養人，甜食悅人」甜点可能就是最接近幸福的味道。这也是我们【好丈夫 • 烘焙坊】一直想要推广的。就像咸咸食一样，甜食有种奇特吸引力，把各个周围的人凝聚在一起。唯一差别是，甜食能带給大家愉悅的心情。心情不好时，吃一下甜点就能让心情好起来。所以，我们想要透过甜食带来相聚的力量，让世界每一个角落都因它而快乐起来，实现更好的相处氛围。

【好丈夫 • 烘焙坊】主要专注在法式日式甜点。原创者在外受过专业的培训，累积了几年的经验才决定回来他的家乡，马来西亚古来开一家蛋糕店。他想要推广这类型的蛋糕味道和口感，让更多当地人品尝到好吃的蛋糕。我们会以最专业的手法处理做甜点的每一个步骤。同時，我们的材料也是經過細心挑選，以上等进口材料来制作每一份蛋糕，绝不偷工减料。希望顾客能品出师傅们的那一份热诚，用心与细心。

French Pastry Chef Pierre Hermé once said 「Le salé nous nourrit, le sucré nous réjouit」Food keeps us alive but sweets make our lives merry. This is something【Good Husband Patisserié】truly believes in as well. Just like food, sweets bring people together to the table. The only difference is that, it has the ability to lift up one’s spirit. Whenever you are down, pop a sweet or a cake into your mouth and you are good to go! Therefore, we would like to use it as a powerful tool to bring smiles and laughter to everyone as you eat our cakes.

【Good Husband Patisserié】focuses a lot on French and Japanese inspired pastries because of the various opportunities and experiences the owner has gone through during his time away from his hometown, Kulai. Finally this year (2018), he has decided that it is time to return back home and open his own Patisserié. He took what he has learnt and creates his own range of cakes and pastries to share with the locals here in Malaysia. We take pride in our work and ensure that every little detail in our baking process counts. We also try to use quality ingredients like Valrhona couverture chocolate and Japanese flour so as to produce the best mouthfeel and taste in our bakes. We hope that our customers are able to taste the passion and love we put into our work.
