【饮食百科】桃胶　健脑佳品

　　桃胶是从桃树上分泌出的一种浅黄色透明固体天然树脂。干的桃胶呈结晶石状，很硬，其主要组成为半乳糖、鼠李糖、α-葡萄糖醛酸，含有碳水化学物、脂肪、蛋白质等。
　　桃胶对人体有以下功效与作用：
　　①补水：桃胶具膨胀吸水功效，可为皮肤及时补充水分，使皮肤更水嫩滋润，从而缓解皮肤干燥问题。
　　②润肠：桃胶里含有多糖和水溶性膳食纤维，会延缓水分的吸收速度，同时因不能被人体消化，所以把水分一直带入大肠，使粪便因增加了水分而柔软，避免干燥便秘。
　　③瘦身：食用后会提高饱腹感，减少食物的摄入，减少能量和热量的吸收，从而起到瘦身作用。
　　④健脑益智：桃胶中含有半乳糖，是构成人类脑神经系统中苷质的重要成分，能促进脑部发育，平时吃一些桃胶可促进脑部功能。

桃胶该如何食用？
　　最常见的方法是放进粥里，桃胶经长时间浸泡后，会变果冻般透明，口感也像果冻。常见的有桃胶皂角米羹、桃胶银耳糖水羹、木瓜炖桃胶、桃胶炖燕窝、桃胶银耳莲子羹、桃胶酸奶羹等。
　　虽然桃胶不含副作用，但也不能在短时间内食用太多。由于桃胶含有大量黏胶，吃多了会导致血液黏稠或者血流不畅，使体内产生湿气。湿气重、肠胃长期有疾病、小孩、孕妇、经期女性，最好少食用。

嗨，大家好！又有新的糖水出炉咯！木瓜银耳莲子糖水！木瓜银耳莲子炖冰糖糖水是一道美味可口的名点，属于粤菜系。里面有木瓜，银耳，红枣，莲子，枸杞等。
这糖水好处多多：
1。健脾消食：木瓜中的木瓜蛋白酶，可将脂肪分解为脂肪酸；现代医学发现，木瓜中含有一种酵素，能消化蛋白质，有利于人体对食物进行消化和吸收，故有健脾消食之功。

3。通乳抗癌：木瓜中的凝乳酶有通乳作用，番木瓜碱具有抗淋巴性白血病之功，故可用于通乳及治疗淋巴性白血病（血癌）。
4。补充营养，提高抗病能力：木瓜中含有大量水分、碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素及多种人体必需的氨。
