🍷Had a fun evening a few weeks ago with Mr. Quentin Azais from Crus et Domaines at Liquid Village, hosted by S.H.MAJU.

A nice Bordeaux tasting followed by a blind tasting session featuring Château du Tertre 2012, Margaux — a wonderful bottle that sparked plenty of discussion around the table. Always good to discover different styles and revisit some classic appellations.

The name “Eight” refers to the youngest pear eau-de-vie in the blend—each component is aged at least 8 years before blending. The “Golden” refers to its rich amber-gold color.
