• Welcoming customers and greeting every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Brewing coffee or tea and serving the drinks to customers.
• Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and has the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
• Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers and promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer-facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• May work special events, as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
