Spent the day with the team refining, tasting, and pushing every detail for our upcoming 4-hands experience. From technique to flavour, every element is being challenged and rebuilt.

Had fun making their signature soufflé — Getting to understand their craft art , and lead to the same visions.

This is more than collaboration. It’s a process.
