Our artisan sourdough bread starts with
* 4 hours bulk fermentation
* Additional up to 16 hours (overnight) cold-proof before baking in a stone oven for 40 minutes
* Any sweetness is derived from natural ingredients such as fruits
* All products are made from sourdough starter from fresh fruits, rye flour, whole wheat flour, spelt flour and unbleached bread flour

* No additives
* No sugar added
* Lower Glycemic Index (GI) bread
* No commercial yeast in our dough or starter
* Lasts up to 6 months in the freezer
