We can adjust the spiciness of anchovies spices according to our taste. So do you know how? if not, let us tell you the type and level of spiciness of dried chilies that can be used in making anchovies spices:

1. Spicy Dry Chili
Small and slightly wrinkled. It's really spicy and sizzling with chili. Usually from India

2. Normal Dry Chili
Cili Byadagi is his name. From India too. Wrinkled and long. A little deep red. It can be spicy. If you don't eat the chicken rice chili sauce kind. This dry chili is considered spicy.

3. Dry Chilli Salem Guntur
Salem guntur dry chili. Also from India. Commonly used in Indian cuisine. It's not very spicy. But fragrant and has a good taste.

4. Dried Chili Yidu
Ni Yidu dried chili. Made in China. Not spicy at all. Beautiful, big and wrinkle-free. The body is like plastic. A little more expensive than regular chili. But making sambal is really beautiful.

5.Kashmiri Dry Chili
This is Kashmiri dry chili. Kaler is deep red and very beautiful. It's hard to find it in Malaysia. In Malaysia, you can always find it in powder form.
