We like to thank all our customers for their kind support over the span of 32 years ( 1990-2022)
As with all service-oriented businesses, we have our fair share of unhappy customers. To this group of well-meaning customers- a big thank you from us for giving us a chance to rectify our problems and to serve you better.
Some examples of negative comments some customers posted :
C: Nagaliar rice tastes just like plain rice.. why the hype( why claim that it’s the best in town)?
Answer: We cater for some of our customers who for some reasons, prefer plain rice over Coconut rice.
A: Sometimes ,during peak hours when we run out of coconut rice, our food-handlers will mix the plain rice with the coconut rice in an effort to not have to keep our customers waiting for too long, as rice takes time to cook.
So chances are, you might be served with this mixed rice.
Next time you visit, tell them you can wait if our coconut rice runs out. Thank you for being straight to the point.
C: *Wish you can give more sambal.*
A: This thing happens-I cannot argue with you.
Sometimes too much, and at times too little.
FYI you can order extra sambal @50 sen each.
C: Chicken getting smaller by the day.
Answer: Unfortunately, my suppliers also cannot answer that question, despite my complain. Sometimes the chickens can be too big and at times too small. Hope that answers your question. The next time you are served with a big piece, remember you owe us one.
C: I will never go back to Nagaliar again- ever.
Answer: Still, we like to say a big thank you because, you have helped build Nagaliar to where it is today. I’m sorry we let you down. But we always will remember you.
But some comments are so touching , like this one:
C:Nagaliar my childhood favourite
Every time I come back to Miri, the first shop I patronise is Nagaliar.
A: a big thank you for your support.
For those who are so kind with their words, we like to thank you for your generosity.
We will like to thank all for taking the time to drop us comments, good or bad.
Regards,
Nagaliar Team.
