Sarawak Laksa King Paste Savory Crab
Ingredients
1. Crabs - 3
2. SLKP Savory Borneo Sauce - 3 tbsp
3. Butter - 2 tbsp
4. Garlic - 1 medium bulb
5. Spring Onion - 1 tbsp
6. Egg - 2 (beaten)
7. Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
Instructions
-Clean and prepare the crabs
-Add butter and garlic to pan fry
-Add spring onion and SLKP sauce and stir
-Add crabs and stir
-Add 1 cup of water and cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes
-Add corn starch and stir
-Add eggs and cover back the pan
Off the heat , stir gently and leave for a few minutes
-Ready to serve
