菜粿，客家話稱為「菜粄」。
係傳承自外祖母原鄉廣東普寧的細膩手工製作粿點，
餡料籌備中的洗、削、切、剁、炒、裹、蒸……
粿皮製作從篩、沖、擂、捼、捏、合……
每個製作程序無不出自師傅全神貫注地以手工完成。

菜粿在過去曾是潮州人、部分客家人必備的節慶美食。
在物資充裕的今天，儼然成為幾近失傳的
古早味點心。
