23年，她第一次买了一道的Nanas酥。
后来24、25、26年农历新年回来想买，
却一次次遇上售罄。

有一年5月，她也特地来找我们，
偏偏那一次，我们刚好人在香港。

再加上她本身不是 KL 人，
这一错过，就错过了好几年。

直到这一次
9月，她来先预订了12月的订单。

或许，是因为过去几次的“刚好买不到”，
让她这次决定：
提前一点，才不会再错过。 🧡

我们回头看订单记录才发现，
原来从23年那一次开始，
她一直都记得一道。

而一道，也记得她。

对我们来说，
这份“记得”，比一张订单更珍贵。

一道品佳珍，百年味长存。

In 2023, she bought Edao’s Nanas Tart for the first time.
She came back during Chinese New Year in 2024, 2025 and 2026 hoping to get some,
but each time, we were already sold out.

One May, she even made a special trip to look for us,
only to find out that we happened to be in Hong Kong.

And since she isn’t from KL,
one missed chance after another turned into several years.

Until this time
in September, she came to place her order for December.

Perhaps after missing it a few times,
she decided this time:
better to book early, than miss it again. 🧡

When we looked back at our order records, we realised
that ever since that first purchase in 2023,
she had never forgotten Edao.

And Edao remembers her too.

To us,
being remembered means so much more than just another order.

有些老顾客之间，慢慢就有了一种很特别的默契。

她偶尔会 last minute 下单，
几十盒、几盒、又几盒 …

她从来不会问：
「这么迟订，你们来得及吗？」

我们也不会说：
「你怎么现在才订？」

能做到的，我们就尽量做到。
因为她相信我们。

而我们也相信她。

甚至到了取货前一天，
我们也不会特地发信息提醒：
「明天记得来拿哦。」

因为彼此都知道——
答应了，就会做到。

这份默契，其实不是一天建立起来的。

是一次又一次的订单，
一次又一次的如约而至，
慢慢累积出来的信任。

所以后来才明白，
「一道承诺」不只是我们对顾客的承诺，
也是顾客对我们的信任。

彼此放心，就是最难得的默契。 🧡
