Happy midweek everyone! 😍

We had an awesome weekend learning about Gut care! If you are someone who has digestive problems, or maybe indigestion, lots of unreleased gas cooped up in your tummy, we have just the thing for you! Healthy, Simple and yummy! 😘🤓

As promised, here is the recipe for you! 😜

Chicken : Malay Food Premium Ginger Chicken
Drink : Passion Fruit Kombucha The Brew Lab

🌿Lentil Ingredients :
1 cup of french lentils
1 tsp of chicken stock
Prep : Heat pan, pour 1 cup of water and cook lentils in slow heat for 15 mins.

🥦Fennel Salad
1 small fennel
1 green apple
Dressing : (1 tbsp honey, 1 lime, 1 tbsp oil, 1 diced chili padi, pinch of salt)
Prep : toss all ingredients and add some black pepper

🍗Chicken : Readily marinated Malaya Food Ginger Chicken Chop.
Prep : Place thawed chicken, skin down on medium heat pan and cook both sides for 3.5 mins. Keep the access sauce in the bag.

🍽Plating :
1. Quick stir fry the lentils with the sauce from the bag using the same pan from cooking chicken.
2. Place lentils on plate
3. Slice up the chicken chop into preferred sizes and rest it on top of lentils
4. Gently slide the Fennel salad on the side.

Serve meal with a glass of chilled Kombucha of your choice 💓🍹
