The commissioning of our new 55cm stock pot, finally!! 🥳
After almost 3 years of soldiering on with a much smaller pot (that we purchased during the start of our “brighter days” at our Xing Loong stall then), we finally outgrew it, operating at almost 115% capacity for the past two months!
I remember 5 years ago when we first started Fei Zai BKT, Ah Khun (our head chef), Fei Mui and I stood outside our regular kitchenware supplier’s shop in Pudu, looking at a 55cm stock pot in amazement, daydreaming of the day that we could finally use it at our kitchen. We were only using a tiny household size stock pot then. Today, 5 years down the road, we finally realised this daydream!
This indeed is a wonderful milestone that never fails to remind us of how thankful we are for God’s blessings, the support and encouragement of our loyal customers, friends and families and also the tireless perseverance of our Team Fei Zai in getting to where we are today, all these many years...

全新55公分大汤锅正式启用，终于等到这一天啦！！
还记得差不多三年前，我们还在“兴隆”档口刚起步的阶段，咬紧牙根用着一口小得多的汤锅撑了下来。过去两个月，我们的营业量几乎达到115% 的运作容量，终于，旧锅也“退休”了！
我还记得五年前，刚开始“肥仔肉骨茶”的时候，我、阿坤（我们的主厨）和肥妹站在我们熟悉的厨房用品店（就在富都），看着一口55公分的大锅，满脸憧憬地幻想有一天它能出现在我们的厨房。当时我们用的只是普通家用小锅。今天，五年过去了，我们终于实现了当初的那个小小梦想！
这个阶段性的里程碑，不断提醒着我们心中那份感恩——感恩上帝的祝福，感恩一路以来顾客、朋友和家人的支持与鼓励，也感恩“肥仔团队”每一位成员多年如一日的坚持与努力，才能走到今天的这一刻。
