We honestly didn't expect this.

Watching parents and children patiently queue just to flip a bottle for a Frozen Greek Yogurt Popsicle was something we'll never forget.

Some came for the challenge and enjoyed Pops!

Some came back because they really loved the Pops!

Watching children share them with their parents, siblings and friends reminded us that the simplest moments are often the happiest ones.

To every parent who patiently waited in line...

To every child who brought so much laughter and excitement...

To every coach who cheered on their students, spread kind words about LINGS, and even introduced our popsicles to more families...

And to everyone who chose to support us.

Thank you.

By the end of the day, every popsicle found a happy belly and a happy home.

We only asked them to try our popsicles...

We definitely didn't expect a chant. 😂🍦

One tiny letter changed everything.

When our lab results first came back, I saw:

1.1 × 10⁹ CFU/g

I genuinely thought that referred to one entire popsicle.
So I shared that each pop contained around 2 billion live cultures.

A few months later, I looked at the report again.
That's when I noticed something I had completely overlooked.

The result wasn't per popsicle.
It was per gram.

Since each Ling's Kitchen popsicle weighs about 33g, the actual probiotic count turned out to be something we never expected.

✨ More than 33 billion live cultures in every popsicle.

Building Ling's Kitchen has taught me that learning never really stops.
