We are a business that deals with food delivery. We believe that there are many people in malaysia are in need of a service provider. The general working class and the students could use some help in terms of getting their preferred meals in a quicker and more efficient way, compared to actually leaving the comfort of their respective working spaces. We have a dedicated team who wants to deliver your food in the freshest possible state. Our staff are interviewed and made sure that they are fast in their operations. How it works
A customer can either call us to order their food and deliver it to them or just deliver the food to them from the restaurant that they ordered their food from. They can choose either to ask us to go to a specific restaurant to buy their food or leave it to us choose the restaurant. once they have notified us about their order we will dispatch a delivery service to pick up your food. If they choose a specific restaurant, the benefit of the time limit for their food to arrive wont be applicable, given the circumstances that the specific restaurant might be far. but If they leave it to us to choose the restaurant, the benefit of the time limit for their food to arrive will be given. The benefit of time limit will also be applicable if the customer want us only to pick up their food. The time limit for food to arrive is not more than one hour during non-peak hours and not more than 1 and ½ hours during peak hours. If the driver exceeds the time given, they wont be charge for delivery services for their next order. The delivery charges will be charged following the rates of grabcar. Customer can either call or text the hotline given when they want to place an order
Customer also can do advance booking. If the customer makes Cancelation of the delivery service once the delivery guy has picked up the food, the customer will have to bear the cost. We cover any restaurant around malaysia and also any type of restaurant even hawker stalls and mamak restaurant.
