SCS Dairy Malaysia “Create Your Dazzle” Social Media Contest
Terms & Conditions
By entering the “Create Your Dazzle” contest (the “Contest”), participants agree to the following terms:
1. Organiser
This Contest is organised by DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad, loc
ated at B-11-01, The Ascent Paradigm, 1, Jalan SS 7/26A, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (“Organiser”).
2. Eligibility
• Open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above.
• Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Contest Period
The Contest runs from 30 July 2025 to 31 August 2025, 11:59 PM (MYT).
4. How to Join
To participate, entrants must:
a) Create a Dazzle Plate using any SCS butter product. b) Post a photo or video of the Dazzle Plate in the comments section of the official contest post on SCS Dairy Malaysia’s page. d) Follow SCS Dairy Malaysia on Facebook. e) Tag at least one (1) friend in the same comment. Note: Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant may win only one (1) prize.
5. Submission Criteria
• Entries must be original, created by the participant, and not generated using AI tools.
• Content must not be offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate.
• Entries must be public and include all required tags and hashtags.
6. Winner & Prize
• One (1) winner will be selected based on creativity and presentation.
• Winner will be notified via comment or direct message within 1 month of contest closing.
• If unresponsive within 5 days, another winner may be selected.
• Prize: KitchenAid Cordless 2.0 Hand Mixer with Battery (worth RM1,500).
• Prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
7. Rights & Usage
By entering, participants grant DKSH the right to repost, share, and use submitted content for promotional purposes, with credit given to the participant.
8. Other Terms
• This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.
• DKSH reserves the right to amend or cancel the Contest or its terms at any time without prior notice.
