This is a small home based business that Alice and I are doing for some pocket money. You may know these as "Hup Dou Sou" or "Chinese Biscuits". Our cookies are bite-sized, suitable for consumption over coffee or tea, or even over beer or liquor. It is also a great gift when visiting people.

**ALERT**
Just so there is no controversy and big issues; listed down below, are the ingredients used for

each type that i'm making. The recipe of all flavours have fixed default ingredients, namely the ones in *Original Flavour*. A Jar of these cookies can last up to 10 weeks. ASKING TO COMPENSATE (under ANY circumstances) OR REFUND WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. It is recommended that customers try the *Original Flavour* before they request to add or subtract any ingredients. New ideas are always welcome and will be given credit for.
