What’s the secret to good chicken rice? 👀🍚

We rendered our Moringa Chicken fat into oil, cooked it with ginger, garlic and spring onion, then used it to cook the rice.

Add some tender boiled Moringa Chicken and a punchy sambal kicap made with chilli, shallot, garlic and calamansi; and you’ve got yourself a comforting plate of chicken rice!

Our chickens are raised free-range by Orang Asli farmers, with room to roam and grow naturally. They’re also raised without antibiotics, because we believe that good chicken starts with good care.

And behind every chicken is a community of farmers who put their time, knowledge, and care into raising them!

From the farm to your table, there’s a whole story behind every Moringa Chicken. And we hope that with every bite, you get to taste a little of the care that goes into it ✨
