Please leave all small talk and polite conversation at the door. In this club, winning isn’t part of the game. The members of Tiger FC don’t clap politely and say ‘hard luck” when some losers finds only the crossbar from a position even your mum could score from. They don’t smile forgivingly when a hopeless defender scores an own goal. Within the club premises, any wimpy remarks such as “it’s all
about sportsmanship” or “everybody’s a winner” will qualify you for an early bath. So if you don’t have anything worthwhile to say, you might as well keep it shut. If we find you sitting on the fence with regard to the team you’re rooting for, we reserve the right to kindly kick you behind. Should you be seen drinking anything other than Tiger Beer you will be issued a warning. If you drink anything from a cocktail glass with a small pink umbrella in it, you’re red carded. Drinking Tiger Beer however, will take you straight to the core of the action. Before you know it, you’re top of the league. It’s all about the thirst. And remember, 100% isn’t good enough.
