🎉 新春幸运抽奖条规
1. 本次幸运抽奖活动全权由 PJ Bazaar Station 主办。
2. 本活动仅限 18 岁及以上之顾客参加，PJ Bazaar Station 及 Dking 的员工与其直系亲属（包括配偶、父母、子女及兄弟姐妹）均不得参与。
3. 活动期间，凡在 PJ Bazaar Station 单张收据消费满 RM188，即可获得 一次（1）幸运抽奖资格。
4. 不可合并多张收据以获取抽奖资格。
5. 幸运抽奖奖品如下：
a.大奖：RM888 现金红包
b. 安慰奖：8 份 Wah Chan 999 纯金金片 – 金马礼盒（每份价值 RM178）
6. 若因任何原因导致奖品无法提供，主办方有权在不另行通知的情况下，以同等价值的奖品替代。
7. 幸运抽奖将于 2026 年 2 月 15 日，晚上 8 时 30 分，于 PJ Bazaar Station 官方社交媒体平台进行现场直播抽奖。
8. 得奖者将在直播抽奖过程中随机抽出。每抽出一位得奖者，主办方将依据参与者所提供的联络资料，尝试以电话方式联系得奖者。
9. 若得奖者在 三（3）次电话拨打尝试后仍无法联系，主办方有权自行决定继续进行下一轮抽奖或另选得奖者。
10. 直播中公布的抽奖结果为最终决定。抽奖结束后，主办方将不受理任何形式的争议、申诉或查询
11. 得奖者须亲自前往 PJ Bazaar Station 或 Dking SS2 门店领取奖品，并进行身份核实及奖品交付。
12. 主办方有权在奖品交付前，要求得奖者提供身份证（IC）复印本，尤其适用于 RM888 现金大奖，以作身份核实用途。
13.若得奖者无法亲自领取奖品，可委任一（1）名代表代为领取。
a. 得奖者须在领取奖品前，通过 WhatsApp 或电子邮件向主办方提交明确且清楚的书面通知，内容须包括受委代表的全名及联络号码，并须获得主办方确认。
b. 若委任指示不清楚、不完整或未明确提供，主办方有权拒绝该代领请求，恕不受理。
14. 所有奖品须于 2026 年 3 月 1 日或之前领取。
15. 逾期未领取之奖品将被视为自动放弃，主办方将不作任何赔偿。
16. 奖品不得转让、不得兑换、不得转换为现金，现金奖品除外。
17. 主办方有权使用得奖者的姓名、照片、语音及／或视频（包括抽奖直播及领奖过程），作为宣传及市场推广用途。
18. 主办方保留在不另行通知的情况下，修改、更换、暂停或取消本活动或其条款与细则的权利。
19.若发现任何参与者或得奖者提交不完整、难以辨识、虚假、误导性或欺诈性资料，或违反本活动任何条款，主办方有权取消其参与资格或得奖资格。
20.除法律另有规定外，主办方对因参与本活动或领取奖品所引起的任何损失、损害或伤害，包括但不限于技术问题、系统故障或直播中断，概不承担任何责任。
21.因主办方合理控制范围以外的因素（包括但不限于天灾、政府行为、技术故障或不可预见的情况）而导致活动延误、取消或奖品无法交付，主办方将不承担任何责任。
22. 参与本幸运抽奖活动，即表示参与者同意主办方根据 《2010 年个人资料保护法令》，为执行本活动、核实得奖者及宣传用途，收集、使用及处理其个人资料。
23. 凡参与本幸运抽奖活动，即视为同意并受本条款与细则所约束。

LUCKY DRAW’s Terms and Condition
1. This Lucky Draw is wholly organised by PJ Bazaar Station.
2. The Lucky Draw is open to all customers aged 18 years old and above, excluding staff and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) of PJ Bazaar Station and Dking.
3. Customers are entitled to one (1) Lucky Draw entry with a minimum spend of RM188 in a single receipt made at PJ Bazaar Station during the campaign period.
4. Multiple receipts cannot be combined to qualify for the Lucky Draw.
5. Lucky Draw prizes are as follows:
a. Grand Prize: RM888 Cash Angpao
b. Consolation Prizes: 8 units of Wah Chan 999 Gold Wafer – Golden Horse Gift Set, worth RM178 each
6. The organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with another item of equal value without prior notice.
7. The Lucky Draw will be conducted live on PJ Bazaar Station’s official social media page on 15 February 2026 at 8.30pm.
8. Winners will be selected at random during the live draw session. As each winner is drawn, the organiser will attempt to contact the winner via phone call using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
9. If a winner does not answer the phone call after three (3) call attempts, the organiser reserves the right to proceed with the next draw or select another winner at its discretion.
10. The results announced during the live stream are final and conclusive. The organiser will not entertain any disputes, appeals, or correspondence after the live draw has concluded.
11. Winners are required to collect their prizes in person at PJ Bazaar Station or Dking SS2 for verification and prize handover.
12. The organiser reserves the right to request the winner’s photocopy of identification card (IC), particularly for the RM888 cash prize, for identity verification purposes prior to prize handover.
13. If a winner is unable to collect the prize in person, the winner may assign one (1) representative to collect the prize on their behalf.
a. The winner must provide clear and explicit instructions, including the full name and contact number of the assigned representative, prior to prize collection, via written communication through WhatsApp or email, as acknowledged by the organiser.
b. The organiser would not entertain and reserves the right to reject any collection request where instructions are unclear, incomplete, or not explicitly provided.
14. All prizes must be claimed on or before 1 March 2026.
15. Any prizes not claimed by this date will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
16. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, except where cash is stated as the prize.
17. The organiser reserves the right to publish winners’ names, images, voice recordings, and/or videos taken during the live draw or prize collection for marketing and promotional purposes.
18. The organiser reserves the right to amend, substitute, suspend, or cancel the promotion or its terms and conditions without prior notice.
19. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner found to have submitted incomplete, illegible, false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Lucky Draw.
20. The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or winners arising from or in connection with this Lucky Draw, including but not limited to technical issues, system failures, or interruptions to the live stream, except where required by law.
21. The organiser shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to conduct the Lucky Draw or deliver prizes due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
22. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by the organiser for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw, verifying winners, and promotional activities, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
23. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
