Clos des Baies, a micro-winery created by Philippe Baillarguet, cellar master at Château Ausone.
With 0.6 hectare in the centre of Saint-Emilion, just next to Pavie, its production is about 2000 bottles per year only. Blend of 70% Merlot 30% Cab Franc.
