📢 Hiring Admin Assistant 📢

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team.

Job Scope:

* Handle daily administrative work
* Prepare and check invoices (billing & invoicing)
* Handle email correspondence (send, reply & organize emails)
* Basic documentation & filing
* Reply WhatsApp / customer enquiries
* Other admin related tasks

Requirements:

* Basic computer knowledge
* Responsible and hardworking
* Good communication skills
* Experience preferred

📍 Location: Pandamaran, Klang

⏰ Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience
