(198301010226 (105573-M)) was established in 1983 by our Managing Director, Mr. In 1974, our late founders Mr. Alan Chan and Mr. Richard Chan under Hawley & Co as partnership, introduced S.I. Lesaffre France yeasts and improvers into the Singapore and Malaysia bakery industry. Though the initial reception was lukewarm, but after many trials and testing, the yeast was well accepted and supported by

many bakeries in region. In 1981, Mr. Richard Chan decided to develop the Malaysia Market more and start the plans to open a new Company call Syarikat Haw-Lee Sdn Bhd expanded his sales operation to West Malaysia. In 1983, Syarikat Haw-Lee Sdn Bhd was officially registered and established with a small workforce of only 4 staffs, and now Syarikat Haw-Lee Sdn Bhd has grown into a total work force of 25 staffs, a leading supplier in Malaysia for yeast, improvers and baking Ingredients. Our sales offices cm warehouses are based in Johor, Selangor, Kuantan, Penang, Sabah and including distribution centres in Sarawak. We have strategically located our warehouses and logistical centres close to our customersโ€™ factory, to ensure prompt delivery and ensuring high quality products standard to meet our customerโ€™s expectation. In addition, we have set up Baking Lab in Selangor and we work closely with Lesaffre Bakery Center in Singapore to facilitate technical support to our customers

Ingredients:
โ€ข Karibeeยฎ Multiflora Honey 70g
โ€ข Unsalted Butter 200g
โ€ข Salt 1g

Method:
Melt butter over the stove while stirring continuously. Let it boil with large bubbles, then reduce heat until the bubbles become small and foamy. Remove from heat.
Add salt and allow it to cool.
Once cooled, add honey and whip until light and fluffy.

Base Batter (per flavor, yields 2 whole waffle):
Plain Flour โ€“ 100 g
Cake Flour โ€“ 100 g
Karibeeยฎ Koala Bee Honey โ€“ 25 g
Saf-Instantยฎ Red โ€“ 2 g
Egg โ€“ 50 g
Butter (Melted) โ€“ 40 g
Salt โ€“ 3 g

Add Liquid Ingredients for Each Flavor:
1๏ธโƒฃ Classic
Water โ€“ 100 g
Milk โ€“ 100 g
2๏ธโƒฃ Pandan
Pandan juice โ€“ 30 g or Pandan extract โ€“ 10 g
Water โ€“ 70 g
Coconut cream โ€“ 60 g
Milk โ€“ 40 g
3๏ธโƒฃ Dragonfruit
Dragonfruit puree โ€“ 70 g
Water โ€“ 60 g
Milk โ€“ 70 g

Method:
1. Mix base batter and liquid ingredients of your chosen flavor using a whisk or mixer.
2. Cover and chill overnight at 4ยฐC for better flavor (optional but recommended).
3. Remove from chiller and proof at room temperature for 2 hours.
4. Preheat waffle pan and pour in batter.
5. Cook for 5โ€“6 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Mix and match to build your own waffle board as you like!

Karibeeยฎ Multiflora Honey 85g
Soy Sauce 20g
Apple Cider Vinegar 5g
Garlic, chopped 12g
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well until fully incorporated.
Set aside for toppings.

Rotisserie Chicken, shredded 200g
Method:
Combine shredded chicken with honey garlic sauce.
Mix thoroughly until evenly coated.

Bread Flour 335g
Water 218g
Salt 6g
Olive Oil 17g
Saf-Instantยฎ Red 2.4g
Livendoยฎ Tradizy 14g
Rosemary 1g
Method:
1. Mix all dough ingredients on low speed for 3 minutes until combined.
2. Increase to high speed and mix for another 2 minutes, until windowpane stage.
3. Transfer to a lightly oiled container, cover, and ferment overnight at 4ยฐC.
4. Remove from chiller and rest for 15 minutes.
5. Divide into 200g portions.
6. Generously oil a Detroit-style pizza pan and place dough inside.
7. Gently stretch dough to fit the pan.
8. Proof at room temperature for 1.5 hours, or until doubled.

1. Layer cheddar cheese along the edges of the dough (to create the frico crust).
2. Add mozzarella cheese in the center.
3. Spread creamy honey garlic sauce evenly over the base.
4. Distribute honey soy chicken and caramelised onions evenly on top.
5. Add additional mozzarella on top.
6. Bake at 210ยฐC for 10โ€“15 minutes in a pizza oven or convection oven, until golden brown and crisp.
