Not just any tofu, Yi An tofu is made using rejuvelac (made by fermenting and sprouting wheat berries) to have extra gut friendly bacteria and more easily digestible. Fermentation process also unlocks many nutrients in the beans to make them more bioavailable and balanced.
Not only organic tofu artisans, Li Jing is also a good cook! She will be making yong tao foo with her tofu and also serving some cantonese style bihun.
If you have never tried Li Jing's handmade soy milk, this sunday there will be some to grab together with the tofu.
