🌯✨ Craving a burrito with a twist? Try our Tuna Burrito using Meamo Plant-Based Tuna in Tomato & Herbs! 🌱 Perfectly savoury, protein-packed, and 100% plant-based — it’s so easy to whip up and full of flavour. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just curious, this one's a must-try!
Ingredients:
1x Meamo Plant Based Tuna Tomato & Herbs
1/2 cup cooked rice (brown or white)
1/4 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup corn kernels (canned or frozen)
2 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp plant-based sour cream (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp taco seasoning or chilli powder
1 large tortilla
Fresh cilantro (optional)
Lime wedge for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the filling: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the Meamo Plant-Based Tuna Tomato & Herbs and taco seasoning.
2. Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
3. Assemble the burrito: On the tortilla, spread the cooked rice in the center. Top with the filling, black beans, corn, salsa, and plant-based sour cream.
4. Wrap the burrito: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly from one end to the other.
5. Serve: Slice the burrito in half, and garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
