Isa sa pinasasalamat ku sa panginoon is yung binigyan nya ako nang ganitong kakayanan..pangarap ku din to dati..nung bago palang nauuso ung lechon belly roll..kso that time wala pa ako masyadong kakayanan na maka hanap nang magndang supplier na bibigyan ka nang good quality na pork..and Hindi prin perfect yung pag luto ku nuon..ilang taon Ku din tinigil mag luto nang gnito..kse sa sobrang daming kaganapan sa buhay2..until last year bigla bigla Ku nlng naisip na bakit hindi ulit ako mag tinda nang lechon belly roll..sobrang naging trending sya..lalo na sa mga local Chinese dito..one year Ku syang trinabaho..8months naging focus sa pag luluto..

Ngaun kahit dina ako mag post sa page nang lechon namin..tuloy tuloy parin ang support nang mga local Chinese at pilipina sa lechon belly roll namin..

May mga taong nag subok idown ang pag luluto ku netoh..nanira,siniraan,pero di nag patinag ang lechon ntin hahaha..kse tiwala na sila sa luto nang Sandakan’s Lechon 😋😋😋
