因为我们心里，一直都有自己想要的鸡蛋仔味道。
At Tang Eggy Hut, we've always had a clear idea of what an egg waffle should taste like.
🌞所以，我们没有选择使用现成预拌粉，
而是花了一年多的时间，
一次又一次调整配方、反复试做，
才调配出今天这一份，
只属于堂蛋小屋的蛋浆。
Instead of relying on premixed powders, we spent over a year developing our own recipe,testing, adjusting, and refining it countless times until we created a batter that's uniquely ours.
💛真正的黄油香、浓郁的蛋香，
来自真材实料，
而不是依赖香精堆砌出来的味道。
The rich aroma of real butter and fresh eggs comes from quality ingredients, not artificial flavourings.
🥛 我们坚持使用 Farm Fresh 鲜牛奶代替水，
所以我们的蛋浆，一滴水也没有。
We use Farm Fresh fresh milk instead of water.
That's right，there isn't a single drop of water in our batter.
🌟从粉类比例、糖的甜度，到每一种配方，
都经过反复调整，
希望做出外层酥香、内里松软，
甜而不腻、越吃越顺口的鸡蛋仔。
Every ingredient is carefully balanced, from the flour blend to the sugar ratio, to create an egg waffle that's crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and pleasantly light without being overly sweet.
