🇦🇷 Catena Zapata Malbec Argentino is made from a meticulous vine selection in the best lots of the Catena family’s estate vineyards. These Zapata vines are carefully hand tended and produce extremely low yields. The grapes are micro-fermented in new French oak barriques and the wine is then aged for 24 months in new French oak. This wine is made in very limited quantities.

Tasting Notes 🍷
The Catena Zapata Malbec Argentino shows a saturated dark violet color with ruby reflections; the nose offers cassis, blueberries and violets, along with a strong suggestion of soil tones. It combines density and sweetness on the one hand, with gripping, lightly saline flavors of mocha, dark berries, spice, and minerals; a palate-staining finish dominated by sweet black and blue fruits.

Food Pairing 🥩 🧀
Pairs well with lamb chops, beef tenderloin, and goat cheese.

PURPLE ANGEL 🍷

Chile's Superior Carmenère 🍇

This superb wine represents a whole new dimension for Carmenère, the long-lost grape variety that recently resurfaced in Chile after being presumed extinct in Bordeaux, its original home. Purple Angel, has been recognised as Chile's best Carmenère. Critics all over the world have named this wine a "wine from another planet".

WINE ATTRIBUTES

Elegant on the nose, with aromas of ripe red and black berries over a background of sweet notes. Being stored in French oak barrels adds aromas of dark chocolate, coffee which go with the typical fruity aromas of this variety. Well structured on the palate, with smooth and full tannins.

TASTING NOTES 📝

ORIGIN➡️ Colchagua Valley.
AGEING➡️ 18 months in new French oak barrels.
CELLAR RECOMMENDATION ➡️ Store in a cool and dry place, at no more than 15ºC (59°F) and away from sources of light.
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE➡️ 17-19ºC (63-66°F).
DECANTING➡️ Yes, for at least an hour.
VARIETY➡️ 92% Carmenère, 8% Petit Verdot
PAIRING➡️ RED MEAT 🥩 CHEESE 🧀

紫天使

智利的超级卡门内葡萄 🍇

紫天使，被国际品酒界誉为另一个星球的葡萄酒。是佳美娜的一个新变种，在两个世纪前根瘤蚜虫害席卷波尔多以至被认为灭绝后的1993年才在智利重新出现。今天佳美娜成了智利红酒和"紫天使"的同义词，也是最好的佳美娜的同义词。

闻起来有优雅的香味，红色和黑色浆果的香气和甜美香料的味道交织在一起。法国橡木桶带来黑巧克力和摩卡的香气，与各种典型的水果香味融为一体。口感结构良好，单宁柔和而丰富。
