How do you described a dessert? Okay today I want to share 5 words to describe a dessert. Lets learn some vocabularies‼️

🧁 *SWEET* (So sweet is that sugary flavor that you have in your mouth when you eat something that has natural sweet flavors)
🧁 *DECADENT* (Decadent is a word that we use to describe something that is like super selfish. It's like ridiculous. It's kind of like crazy, how indulgent, how like selfishly delicious something is. We use it a lot for desserts)
🧁 *RICH* (We can use the word rich for foods beyond desserts. It's not only for desserts, but it is a very common word we use for desserts. So rich means like a very deep flavor. It's often applied with chocolates or creams)
🧁 *SAVORY* (Savory is another word that we can use to talk about food that is… well not sweet. We can use savory for other things like meats, but for desserts, savory means something that has a rich flavor but that tends more to be salty so something that has a strong flavor, not necessarily fatty like rich, but savory refers to something that has a flavor like a strong flavor that is not from sweetness)
🧁 *CRISPY* (Crispy refers to a texture. So the feeling of a food in your mouth when you eat it is like the texture)

Hello FA NIMS followers ‼️🤗
Today I want to share a very delicious and simple-to-make chocolate dipping sauce idea!
All it takes is 4 magic ingredients and its all done! All we need is double cream (or heavy cream), milk chocolate, butter and golden syrup. The butter can be replaced with coconut butter, and the golden syrup with honey.

✏️ Firstly, add the cream and chocolate pieces to a pot set over a pan with simmering water.
✏️ Once melted add the butter and syrup and mix until smooth.
✏️ Do not melt the chocolate in the microwave, it might be quicker, but you will not get the same smooth consistency like you do if you choose to melt it slowly in a pan set over a simmering pot.
✏️ Wait for 3 minutes and its already done!

Another amazing thing about this chocolate sauce is that it can be used in any dessert with chocolate filling‼️

From Latin America to the modern day, chocolate has come a long way to get to you. Intrigued? Today’s sharing is about the history of chocolate. Let’s read and discover together‼️🤔

It all started in Latin America. 🌍 🍫

Chocolate has a 4,000-year history in Mesoamerica, today's Mexico. The first cacao plants were discovered here. The Olmec, an early Latin American civilization, were the first to make chocolate from the cacao plant. In rituals, they drank chocolate as medicine.

Hundreds of years later, the Mayans revered chocolate as the drink of the gods. Cane sugar, water, and cornmeal were used to make Mayan chocolate. The Mayans called this thick foamy beverage “xocolatl,” which means “bitter water.”

Aztecs used cocoa as currency by the 15th century. They used chocolate as aphrodisiac, aphrodisiac, and even as a war preparation drink.

No one knows when chocolate reached Spain. In 1528, the explorer Hernán Cortés brought chocolate to Mexico. Cortés may have discovered chocolate during an expedition to the Americas. In search of gold and riches, he found an Aztec emperor's gift of cocoa. Returning to Spain, Cortés introduced cocoa seeds. Spanish chocolate was still served as a drink, sweetened with sugar and honey. Chocolate quickly became a favourite of the wealthy. Even Catholic monks enjoyed chocolate as a religious aid.

In 1615, French King Louis XIII married Anne of Austria, daughter of Spanish King Phillip III. To celebrate the union she brought samples of chocolate to the royal courts of France. Following France’s lead, chocolate soon appeared in Britain at special “chocolate houses”. As the trend spread through Europe, many nations set up their own cacao plantations in countries along the equator.

In 1828, the invention of the chocolate press revolutionised chocolate making. This innovative device could squeeze cocoa butter from roasted cacao beans, leaving a fine cocoa powder behind. The powder was then mixed with liquids and poured into a mould, where it solidified into an edible bar of chocolate. And just like that, the modern era of chocolate was born‼️😍

Hari ni sis nak kongsi cara-cara nak simpan coklat supaya tak cair! Kalau nak tahu coklat ni memang sensitif sangat dengan haba. Jom baca bawah ni ⬇️⬇️⬇️🤩👍

📝 Pertama, simpan coklat di tempat yang sejuk. Paling biasa orang akan simpan dalam peti sejuk kan? Ha dengan cara ni memang coklat akan sentiasa keras!
📝 Kedua, elak dari terkena cahaya matahari!
📝 Ketiga, elak dari terkena atau simpan berdekatan dengan air bancuhan seperti kopi dan teh. Oleh kerana coklat ni cepat meresap bau tau!
📝 Yang terakhir, jika rumah terletak di kawasan yang panas boleh simpan coklat di sekitar suhu bilik iaitu dari 15-20 darjah celsius (°C).

👍 Semestinya ia menjadi salah satu kunci kebahagian seseorang. Pernah dengar tak? “kalau teman wanita merajuk, belanja je dia makan sedap-sedap nanti gembira la tu hihihi”.
👍 Seterusnya, ia juga dapat meningkatkan daya ingatan dan prestasi seseorang individu. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan makan makanan yang sedap ketika sarapan dapat memperbaiki konsentrasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya ingatan!
