Here is a list of ideas on what to do with leftover turkey

- cut up turkey and stir fry with mixed vegetables, fresh herbs and mushrooms and add some cream. then place in a baking dish, and top/pipe with mashed potatoes (mixed with raw egg yolk) and bake in the oven until golden brown. Alternatively you can top with puff pastry.
4. As a condiment for your maggi/ramen suppers 😁
5. Topping for Salad/Pizza
