π« 1 pack kaWan Puff Pastry 4β Sheet
π« 30g dark chocolate
π« 50g pistachio kunafa filling
π« 1 egg (for egg wash)
Chefβs instructions π¨βπ³
1. Place 1 piece of kaWan Puff Pastry 4β Sheet.
2. Spread approximately 25g of pistachio kunafa filling onto the pastry sheet.
3. Lightly brush egg wash along the edges of the pastry to help seal it.
4. Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle. Press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
5. Brush the top surface with egg wash
6. Air fry at 180Β°C for 10 minutes.
7. Finely chop the dark chocolate.
8. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle onto the pastries.
