创业第二年起，店里每天都会留下很多新鲜鱼骨。🐟

于是，我们开始一次又一次尝试。不断熬煮、不断调整，终于诞生了第一包【原味鲜上汤】✨

发现马来西亚人喜欢 #药膳风味，我们特意请教中医师，研发出【干贝药膳鲜上汤】🌿
而真正让我决定研发【玉龄胶润鲜上汤】的，是身边许多像我一样忙碌的妈妈。❤️
每天努力工作，却总觉得陪伴孩子的时间不够🥺

Many people ask us, how did Phang Fishery’s [Fish Broth Series] come to be? 🤔
Back in our second year of business, our shop had a daily surplus of fresh fish bones. 🐟
Throwing them away felt like such a waste.
Keeping them made us think: "How can we turn such incredible ingredients into something truly valuable?" ❤️
It wasn't until I returned to our fishing village and chatted with my father that it all clicked. The comforting we grew up drinking was always slow-simmered using fresh fish bones. 🏡🥣
And so, the testing began. Countless trials, simmering, and tweaking later, our very first [Signature Sea Fish Broth] was born! ✨

Noticing that Malaysians have a deep love for , we consulted traditional Chinese medicine practitioners to craft our [Herbal Scallop Fish Broth] 🌿.
And the real motivation behind our [Collagen Fish Broth] came from seeing so many busy mothers around me—including myself. ❤️
Working hard every day often leaves us feeling guilty for not having enough time with our kids 🥺.
