Another day, another trade show. And just like that we're done with FHA 2026 Singapore at Singapore EXPO. Our booth feat...

Another day, another trade show. And just like that we're done with FHA 2026 Singapore at Singapore EXPO. Our booth featured our flagship Black Sauce as well as our latest product, the Musang King Kaya. We were blessed with generous neighbours that helped to feed and water us - Aya (another M'sian Sauce Co), Mr Coffee, and a Chinese Sausage Specialist right behind us.

There were of course other amazing booths unique to Singapore, a Truffle Farm, a White Snail Farm - for white caviar, and their hand crafted Ice cream, Apiary.

Highlights from the rest of the world include the best Olive Oil for drinking being sold by an extrememly Russian lady; Adamance, an ethical fruit puree; Irish Silver Hill Duck also known as the Wagyu of Ducks; saltless salt by the name of Savor from Thailand; and my personal favourite a the first ever gin based Umeshu brewed by Ryo Takada hailing from a small Japanese town of Minabe.
