CAKED Mindy was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Australia, where she obtained her Diplôme de Pâtisserie in 2014. Thus, CAKE:D was formed.

Her experiences working at renowned Pâtisseries like Zumbo, Makmak Macarons and Intercontinental Hotel Sydney have taught her to be innovative in crafting unique cakes. This has inspired her to create cakes with a unique twist and innovative flavours. They are handmade and baked to order in Malaysia, using quality ingredients.
