🧠 Not all Omega-3s are the same.
A recent clinical study found that high-dose fish oil (DHA) did not improve memory or prevent Alzheimer's-related cognitive decline in older adults over a two-year period.
Does this mean Omega-3 is no longer important? Not at all.
It reminds us that different sources of Omega-3 work differently.
🌿 Sacha Inchi oil is a plant-based source of Omega-3 (ALA), together with natural vitamin E and antioxidants. Current research suggests these nutrients may support overall brain, heart and metabolic health as part of a balanced diet. However, more human clinical studies are still needed before any conclusions can be made regarding Alzheimer's prevention.
Science is constantly evolving, and that's why it's important to understand the evidence rather than rely on headlines.
📚 Stay curious. Read the research. Make informed decisions.
