Since we started offering Shopee Drop-off Point service, we often get asked, "Can I come to your location to pick up my Shopee package?"
The answer is NO! 🙅 (Because we only provide the drop-off service for Shopee sellers.)

In order to prevent disappointment for customers, we try to explain where they can pick up their packages, but it can still be challenging to get the message across. 🐓🦤

WHY? We realized that the Shopee location in Taiping is not marked as a Location! No wonder people have trouble finding it. As a result, we as business owners frequently receive phone calls inquiring about package pick-up, which can be quite annoying. 😅 So please share this post so that if you or someone you know has trouble with package pick-up, they can come to us for help. 🤣

Today, we have put together a guide for you on where to go to Self-Pickup once your package after it arrives at Taiping. We have also compiled a list for Shopee sellers on where they can drop off their packages in the future. 💕
