� HOW do we make it? Our ingredients are freshly hand-picked, thorough washing, measured with precision, cooked and blended for optimum flavour. Jars are washed and steamed prior to filling. Filled jars are then sterilized again through steam canning for 30 minutes, to avoid

use of preservatives

� WHAT is the product made of? Product is entirely vegetarian with a 70% base of Green Cayenne and it is cooked with chili padi api kampung, kaffir lime leave, garlic, Indian onion, shallot, vegetable stock, salt and sugar. All equipment and tools are dedicated only for the production of this chili production, to uphold its pork free status
