Great food tastes better when every bite creates measurable social impact 🎾🥧✨
At NANKA, we believe sustainable growth happens when we bring others up with us. During the DUTA International Tennis Academy’s Tennis Development Week (TDW 2026), we didn’t just set up a food booth - we launched a model for economic empowerment.
Through our Food Hub Launchpad, we utilize NANKA's commercial infrastructure, shared kitchen capacity, and regulatory guidance to remove major barriers faced by home-based culinary entrepreneurs.
For TDW 2026, we co-created a unique menu featuring handcrafted mini quiches and mini pies made by our incredible Mama-Preneur (single mother entrepreneur), serving them alongside our signature NANKA burgers!
Our Theory of Change in action:
If we provide home-based single mother artisans access to commercial-grade infrastructure, shared procurement, and direct market access ➡️ then they can scale their production safely, build business resilience, and raise their household income ➡️ leading to long-term economic uplift and sustainable community transformation 📈❤️
By choosing NANKA, you aren't just getting quality food, you are engaging in social procurement that directly empowers women in our local community.
What we featured at TDW 2026:
