CHOCOLATE : HOW TO INCLUDE IT IN A HEALTHFUL DIET
The health benefits of chocolate might astound you, but the fact that most people define "chocolate" too broadly won't come as a surprise. Nothing that has a chocolate flavour does necessarily retain the health benefits of cacao.

To consider include chocolate in your regular diet as a healthy option may sound extreme, but stick with me. You may practise mindful eating by determining the quality and then quantity of chocolate that you can consume in a healthful way each day, taking into account any calorie limits or health issues. Establishing a habit for your chocolate consumption entails deciding on a time and location and consuming part of your stockpile slowly, savouring it rather than merely gorging.
