As you know, there are various sizes and shapes of churros. 😍 Interesting right?

Churros sandwiches that pair with creamy cheese. So soooo good 🤤.

Another one is stick thin churros. That sizes thin and a little bit longer than usual.

In addition, churros bites are also available. Round and small.

Churros are also easy to bust various shapes as you can see in the post above. Some are shaped like love and some are shaped like Aunty Anne's bread. So yummy 🥨

Which is easier? Old method or new method? Definitely a new method. Really? But each has its pros and cons. ☹️

First of all, the traditional method ⁉️

Advantages: 👍🏻
- Cheap
- Easily available at any convenience store.
- Small and light to carry anywhere.
- Easy to wash

Disadvantages: 👎🏻
- Takes quite a long time
- Requires a lot of energy
- Easy to rust
- Non-durable

The second, the modern method ⁉️

Advantages: 👍🏻
- Saves time
- Save energy
- Long lasting
- Produce churros in large quantities

⚒️ THERE ARE IMPORTANT TOOLS THAT WE NEED TO MAKE HOMEMADE CHURROS ⚒️

First of all, you should have a churros mold because there is no churros machine so we only make them manually. 🥹

Next is a piping bag into which the churros mold is inserted first. Then we add the churros dough to be fried. 😍

In addition, tools for the best mixture, save time and energy. We use an electric hand mixer. The dough will be soft and perfectly mixed. 🥣

The most important thing is a thermometer to check the oil temperature. This is because the fried churros must use oil that is at the right temperature for frying churros. 🌡

‼️ WARNING ‼️
- Churros will become greasy if cooked with oil that is not hot enough. 😨
- Churros also won't be if you don't use the mold. 😤
