【几十年过去，为什么我们不把这包清补汤配得更复杂？】
因为真正的老配方，
难的从来不是放得多，
而是每一味，都放得刚刚好。
以前，长辈用一把药秤，
把药材一味一味地称好。
没有华丽的包装，
没有夸张的宣传。
只有一句很简单的话：
“带回去，煮给家人喝。”
几十年后的今天，
传统药秤变成了标准化生产设备，
清补汤也走进了自家的GMP与HACCP认证加工厂。
我们升级了卫生、设备与生产标准，
却始终不舍得改变记忆里的味道。
因为小时候，我们以为那只是一碗汤。
长大以后才明白——
那是母亲在厨房忙碌的背影；
是放学回家时，闻到的熟悉香气；
也是一家人没有说出口的那一句：
“我一直都在关心你。”
好的汤包，不是配方越多越好。
真正经得起时间的味道，不需要刻意变得复杂。
有些配方，不是因为旧才被留下；
而是因为它足够好，才几十年都不需要改变。

【WHY HAVEN’T WE MADE THIS RECIPE MORE COMPLICATED AFTER ALL THESE YEARS?】
Because a time-tested recipe is not about using more ingredients.
It is about getting every ingredient just right.
Decades ago, herbs were carefully measured using a traditional weighing scale.
There was no fancy packaging and no exaggerated promises—only a simple thought:
“Take this home and cook it for your family.”
Today, the traditional scale has been replaced by standardised production equipment, and our Qing Bu Soup is prepared in our own GMP & HACCP-certified facility.
We have improved our hygiene, equipment and production standards—but we have never changed the familiar taste people remember.
As children, we thought it was simply a bowl of soup.
Only when we grew older did we understand that it was our family’s quiet way of saying:
“I care about you.”
Some recipes are not preserved simply because they are old.
They are preserved because they were made right—and never needed to become complicated.
