10 months after setting targets to improve output from the farm - the farm is now showing immense progress.
Lots of fruits but much more to be done.
Planting more new cacao varieties, fertilizing to support the coming durian season - hope to have some black thorn durians this season 😅
Design and execute a vanilla section to support the single vanilla plant that has grown immensely.

First harvest of Jambu Bol (Syzygium malaccense) at our farm! Not to be confused with Jambu Air (Syzygium aqueum)— which are very distinct in taste and texture.

Jambu bol's flesh is denser, juicier, and softer, with a texture that’s almost custard-like when fully ripe.

Flavor: Mildly sweet with floral notes. It has less crispness than jambu air but a richer taste.

Start of the year visit to the farm to set some 2025 objectives and targets with the team.
Checking on the cacao trees, grafted durians, stingless bees nest, guava tree, tarap tree and planting 2 arabica plants.
All in all a good day out!
