1/2 sudu kecik Garam
1/2 sudu kecik Serbuk lada sulah
1/2 kecil Serbuk perasa/chicken stok
80 ml Air kosong
Sosej yang digoreng dan dicucuk lidi

Mayonis

Cara2
Ambil telur, tepung ubi kayu, bawang putih, garam, serbuk perasa, serbuk lada sulah dan air.
Gaul sehingga sebati semua bahan.
Cara-cara Menggoreng :
Minyak pastikan banyak kalau tak dia tak jadi.
Ambil 1 senduk kecil dan tuang dalam kuali pelan-pelan dan tarik senduk ke atas baru jadi.
Ambik sosej yang sudah dicucuk lidi dan gulung telur yang di dalam kuali.
Angkat dan toskan minyak dulu.
Siap untuk dimakan.
Makan bersama sos dan mayonis.
