Another milestone at the AID Farm! 🌱

Culverts under the municipal road installed - water flows perfectly, our budget… floated away 😂

Step by step, our 11 ha are becoming a green oasis for people, students, trees and the many small animals living here.

Now we hope that NGOs, green companies and people who care will join us. 🌍💚

The AID Farm just installed its second solar panel! ☀️

Green nature, green power - exactly how we dream our future to be. The panel is now standing proudly, surrounded by 24 young palms and other trees that will soon grow into a lush canopy for our future Jungle Bar ( now office and warehouse ). 🌴

The AID Farm – Building Bridges (Literally!) 💪

A month of hard work is starting to take shape!

With a municipal bridge over a culvert that was built too high, to allow water in the main canal to flow through, The Aid Farm and surrounding Machambas (local vegetable producers farmland) needed an urgend improvement. We had to find a permanent solution to resolve and fix this problem that turned the whole area into Marsh lands.

The Aid Farm is constructing a new culvert at the right level to allow water flow to be natural, with a Sluice Gate to manage water flow during the raining season, and to better control the impact of storm water flooding.

The construction of 1st bridge as part of the 24 meter reinforced concrete culvert structure is in progress, and the 2nd bridge construction will commence in the coming week - step by step, the AID Farm is becoming stronger and smarter!

So proud of our incredible team making it all happen.
