When Stephaan from Le Pain handed me his very first leather apron - torn, worn, and 8 years old - he didn't want me to throw it away. He wanted me to give it a second life.
This is the story of how Le Pain's original apron became a one-of-a-kind laptop bag.
Stephaan kept that apron for a reason. It carried 8 years of early mornings, first customers, and the kind of memories you can't replace. So when he asked me to build him a new laptop bag, he came with one condition, the leather from that first apron had to be part of it.
Every piece was hand-stitched. Every detail considered. Solid brass hardware. Full-grain leather. And the original Le Pain logo, carefully reinforced and stitched into one of the main panels - so the heart of the business goes with him, every single day.
Two Namibian businesses. Both built on passion, grit, and the belief that things made by hand should last a lifetime.
This one's a full-circle moment.
