IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
If you live at the coast (or in a humid environment), please know that these spices will clump, as we tried not to add too much anti-caking agent. A very handy tip for keeping any spices or salt dry, is to add a few grains of uncooked rice to the bottle / shaker.
Because some of the holes in these shakers are too big, and we don't want you braaiing rice on your chops, we suggest adding around 2 - 3 uncooked macaroni "elbows" to the shaker. They absorb the damp, keeping your spices nice and dry!
