Say Cheese - Cake for every occasion Delicious, decadent, fresh home-baked Cheese Cake of all varieties, made-to-order for any occasion a We were on to something. So, here we are.

We started by baking Cheesecakes and desserts for our restaurant -
The Little Beach Bistro. The Cheese Cake always sold out - and some guests would book a table only if there was Cheese Cake, whilst others would leave if we did not have stock - so there was the aaah ha moment. I then sold a variety of cheese cakes at the local market, per slice, and came home with empty plates. Since all of this,

we have also had some private orders. W no longer run the restaurant, but I see no reason why people cannot still enjoy a slice of our Cheescake. We can use custom or seasonal flavours, or you can pick from our standard menu of decadence. From beautiful smooth Vanilla, to Cherry Chocolate swirls or Low Fat Lemon & Berry and even Banting Friendly....
