Recently, our OL Employee Wellness Team and Employee Engagement Coordinators marked International Self-Care Day with a simple but meaningful initiative across the Group.

Employees were encouraged to bring a cup, enjoy a warm beverage and connect through conversations around self-care and wellbeing.

The cup was a reminder that we cannot pour from an empty cup. By looking after ourselves, we are better able to care for others.

Thank you to everyone who participated and for embracing what it means to be Authentic, Caring and Passionate through meaningful conversations and connection.

At OL, our ambition is to become one of the World's Greatest Places to Work.

This journey is made possible by living our OL Persona every day, being Authentic, Caring and Passionate in everything we do.

We are grateful for every opportunity to celebrate our achievements and to recognise the people who make OL a truly great place to work. Together, we continue to build a workplace where everyone belongs, grows and succeeds.

The OL Persona is at the very core of our rebrand.

Namibian Content Creator Adriano Visagie’s feedback at our reveal event perfectly highlights our commitment to crafting authentically Namibian experiences whilst ensuring our brands remain world-class.

This new identity is rooted in the principle of One OL: a single, unified organisation operating with one culture and one Persona. By merging our new logo into one integrated mark, we are giving tangible form to this exciting new vision.
