I stumbled on a video on social media. On a Nigerian dating show (the one popularly run by Nons Miraj) A man on an episode on the show (a dating guest) stood among women who openly described their high-end tastes and expectations in a partner.

After initially stating he was a salary earner, businessman, and politician, they mocked his earningsโ€”saying it wouldnโ€™t meet their needs.
Suddenly, in a bid to impress, he claimed to have stolen public funds and kept them hidden somewhere.

Plus, the planned 10,000-barrel-per-day modular refinery at Owaza (still in Ukwa West) is another strong indicator of what's coming.

Obingwo and nearby villages are perfectly positioned to become prime real estate zones, especially for traders from Oboosisi Market, Ariaria International Market, and others whoโ€™d want to live nearby. The area is also ideal for agro-investments, with reliable power supply supporting agricultural and agrotech operations.
