Africa’s future will not be built by spectators. It will be built by people who are willing to create, produce, employ, innovate and solve problems.

Africa does not have a shortage of problems.

We have a shortage of people willing to turn those problems into solutions.

Think about it.

Food insecurity is a problem.

Who will build the businesses that produce, process and distribute our food?

Youth unemployment is a problem.

Who will build enterprises capable of creating meaningful jobs?

Limited access to capital is a problem.

Who will build businesses strong enough to attract and responsibly deploy capital?

Poor infrastructure is a problem.

Who will create the innovations that make our communities more productive?

Climate change is a problem.

Who will build the businesses and technologies that help Africa adapt?

This is why The Africa We Can Build is more than a conference.

It is a conversation about responsibility.

We cannot spend our entire lives asking:

“What will Africa do for me?”

At some point, we must begin asking:

“What can I build for Africa?”

On 30 September 2026, young Africans, entrepreneurs, professionals, farmers, innovators and builders will come together virtually to have this conversation.
